Lucas Group has partnered with one of our distribution clients centrally located, looking for a Junior Financial Analyst. The ideal person for this position will have experience in a role within accounting or finance, and will be bilingual in Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Gather financial data from individual entities on a monthly basis
- Analyze financial information and metrics for the company
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for different countries
- Prepare analysis and reports
- Support quarter close schedule and ensure GAAP and IFRS compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1-2 years of experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables and Vlookups)
