This position will report to the VP of Operations and will be responsible for supporting our Sales & Marketing Teams on all related activities to acquire and transact with investors throughout the United States. We are specifically seeking individuals who want to pursue a career path within real estate investment and/or private securities placement and are working to obtain their Series 22 and 63 in the next 12-24 months.
Primary responsibilities include
• Support a critical marketing fulfillment role that helps educate investors on our 1031 platform
• Follow the established processes to complete customer paperwork from start to completion
• Communicate regularly with the Sales Team and Management on the status of investor paperwork
• Accurately prepare documents and maintain proper documentation on customer information
• Utilize Docusign Sales Force, and other technology tools daily.
• Partner with teammates to ensure all special projects are completed within the earliest possible timeframe

Desired Education and Qualifications
• College degree required; Preference for Real Estate / Investment related majors
• Must be proficient with technology

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills, and be customer-focused
• Must be able to take direction, clarify if uncertain of request, and make appropriate notes to understand and appropriately respond to the client’s business needs, and interface effectively and/or collaborate with others
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with others
• Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze information and provide advice, solutions and recommendations on decisions
• Must demonstrate the ability to take initiative and accountability for the accuracy of information and for achieving results
