Jr. Paralegal / Legal Assistant: Music Publishing

This position works closely with the Vice President of Business Affairs to support music publishing agreements. Position is temp-to-hire. Initial temporary / hourly term is 6-12 months, paid hourly at a rate of 20-25/ hr DOE.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
- B.A. or B.S. Degree in any discipline
- Paralegal Certificate a plus but not required
- Experience reviewing music publishing contracts
- Enter key contractual terms into internal contract database
- Support contracts and legal team with questions on various contractual provisions
