RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Invoice coding for select portfolios
- Prepare and track monthly debt payments
- Prepare weekly cash position
- Prepare weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial package for review
- Prepare security deposit true-up calculations and wire transfers
- Post bank fees
- Prepare and reconcile bi-weekly bill backs
- Record various journal entries
- Assist with audit requests as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years’ experience in accounting
- Must be highly detailed and organized
- Must have a positive/helpful attitude
