Java Developer - Poland

Location: Remote
Contract: Until March 2027
Rate: Up to £350 per day

We're looking for an experienced Digital Asset Management (DAM) SME to join a large-scale Cloudinary migration programme for a global luxury retail client.

Working within a cross-functional engineering team, you'll support the migration of multiple legacy DAM platforms into Cloudinary, helping to configure, optimise and enhance the platform while developing scalable API services and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and optimise the Cloudinary platform
• Support migration of legacy DAM systems into Cloudinary
• Develop and enhance APIs using Node.js and AWS
• Troubleshoot migration and production issues
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
• Produce technical documentation and support ongoing platform improvements

Skills Required

• 3+ years' experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
• Hands-on Cloudinary experience
• Strong Node.js and REST API development
• AWS experience (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, SNS/SQS)
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Understanding of DAM/PIM concepts within digital commerce or eCommerce
