We have partnered with our client in their search for a Support Engineer. This role requires a well-rounded individual with expertise in various IT systems and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Provide comprehensive support for Office 365, Azure Entra ID, and Intune, including user account management and troubleshooting.
    •    Manage Active Directory, group policies, and access control.
    •    Assist with basic networking tasks and ensure smooth connectivity.
    •    Set up and troubleshoot VPN configurations for remote users.
    •    Collaborate with the app development team, providing support and understanding of development cycles.
    •    Leverage any experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) for user administration and support.
    •    Provide on-call support as needed and ensure high availability for IT-related issues.
    •    Utilize VMware or server administration skills to support infrastructure as needed.

Qualifications:
    •    Proven experience with Office 365, Azure Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory.
    •    Basic understanding of networking and VPN configuration.
    •    Familiarity with development cycles or app development processes.
    •    Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for user administration is a plus.
    •    Knowledge of VMware or server administration is highly desirable.
    •    Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to IT support.
