IT Field Technician

Job Summary:
Seeking an IT Field Technician for a one-day onsite engagement to support basic networking setup, troubleshooting, and connectivity testing. This role is hands-on and requires experience working in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic network troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Assist with installation of network equipment and cabling as needed
• Test connectivity using Ethernet ports or network tone tools
• Identify and resolve simple connectivity issues onsite
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly before project completion

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with field networking, installation, and troubleshooting
• Ability to test and validate network connectivity (Ethernet/tone testing)
• Reliable transportation to travel to the worksite
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently within a single day
