We have partnered with our client in their search for an IT Delivery Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery: Focus on delivering an MS Dynamics ERP implementation on time and within scope.
Collaboration: Work closely with the system integrator to push projects forward.
Employee Engagement: Keep employees engaged and motivated throughout the implementation process.
Balancing Act: Manage the implementation alongside employees’ existing roles and responsibilities.
Hybrid Work: Be available on-site for two to three days a week to ensure smooth project progress.
Skills Required
Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT projects.
Strong Personality: Ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring project milestones are met.
Understanding of ERP Systems: While specific experience with MS Dynamics is not required, a general understanding of ERP systems and their implementation is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and team dynamics.
