TITLE: IT Business/Systems Analyst. Location: Alpharetta , GA Compensation Range: $43-48 per hour
Our Client is looking for a highly self-motivated IT Business/Systems Analyst to be onsite in Alpharetta, GA.
What You'll Do:
Work alongside team members in a fast-paced, fluid, customer-focused engineering team applying technical, analytical, and communication skills to provide system documentation on complex systems
Will work with stakeholders to define and document business process and software requirements for technology initiatives, including online products and business information systems
Contribute new ideas and solutions while focusing on new technologies surrounding DevOps, CI/CD, scripting, and automation.
Skills / Experience You Will Need:
Proficient in documenting current and future processes and systems.
Broad understanding of software development methodologies.
Experience using a recognized development methodology; e.g., Agile, SCRUM, and KANBAN.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Strong communication skills that allow for effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Written communication skills including process documentation.
Proven project management skills.
Business requirements gathering.
Broad technical understanding across various methodologies, platforms, tools, and languages.
Enterprise rollout and operations support
Understanding of technology, data science and analytics processes
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field & experience
5 years + of advanced analytics and data work experience, ideally gained in a corporate environment
Experience in data visualization tools preferably Power BI
Will consider a junior candidate if he/she demonstrates a strong learning capability
Have a demonstrated acumen for working at a very technical level.
Strong knowledge of programming languages and tools such as Java, Python, XML, SQL, etc
Can read the source code and create functional requirements
Strong research and technical analysis skills; including the ability to effectively review, analyze, translate and document business needs into technical and user requirements; possess knowledge and understanding of business systems development/design and full life cycle application development process.
Solid knowledge and understanding of project planning/project leadership. Strong organization skills including effectively handling multiple assignments and leading multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing work effectively.
Strong self motivation, business acumen, customer service, consulting and interpersonal/ relationship development skills.
Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time (Required)
Ability to function within ambiguity and help bring clarity and/or resolution to complex situations/issues.
Strong oral/written communication skills including presenting ideas and technical/business information and collaborating effectively with personnel at all level including technical and non-technical staff, vendors, clients and various levels of management from various departments
