We’re seeking a highly skilled Ironclad Implementation Consultant to lead a ground-up deployment of Ironclad’s latest platform version, including its AI capabilities. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own the implementation from strategy through execution.
Responsibilities
Workflow Optimization: Review and enhance existing workflows and recommend scalable, AI-ready configurations.
Playbook Development: Collaborate with legal to build and structure a clause playbook that powers Ironclad’s AI clause detection and fallback logic.
AI Enablement: Configure and validate Ironclad’s AI features for third-party paper review and clause matching.
Repository Migration: Lead the migration of contracts and templates from SharePoint into Ironclad, including metadata tagging and folder structuring.
Governance & Best Practices: Establish naming conventions, version control, and user roles. Create documentation and training materials for internal teams.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience implementing Ironclad, including the latest version with AI capabilities.
Strong background in contract lifecycle management (CLM) and workflow design.
Experience building and operationalizing legal clause playbooks.
Ability to work independently and “in the weeds” — from configuration to stakeholder training.
Familiarity with contract metadata, repository structuring, and naming conventions.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with SharePoint migrations.
Legal operations or legal tech consulting background.
Familiarity with Salesforce, DocuSign, or other CLM-adjacent tools.
