IP Litigation Paralegal Wanted at International Law Firm for Direct-Hire Opportunity! - NYC
Duties Include:
- Provide support to litigation & restructuring groups with from inception through closure
- Manage assigned cases
- Cite check and proofread briefs
- Gather patent documents from USPTO databases
- Prepare for hearings
- Assist with trial preparation
- Attend jury and non-jury trials
- Manage large scale document production
Requirements:
- 5 years+ experience
- Bachelor's degree/ Associates Degree/Paralegal Certificate ABA Certified
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Proven litigation skills, including knowledge of eDiscovery, trial and/or trial prep experience
- Strong cite-checking, proofreading skills
- Available for OT as needed and ability to travel out of state
