Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal
Northern Virginia office of prominent firm seeks an experienced paralegal to assist with Intellectual Property litigation matters. This role will play an integral part in a wide scope of trial preparation duties to include: maintaining correspondence and pleadings, drafting and reviewing legal documents, shepardizing and bluebooking briefs, and witness preparation. Strong research skills required along with availability for travel as required.
