Am Law 100 firm is currently seeking a Senior IP Docketing Specialist with experience in foreign and domestic patent docketing to join their Houston team.
Responsibilities
Provide attorneys with daily docket reports
Utilize docketing database to process filings, clear due dates, and generate client reports
Manage all correspondence regarding U.S. and foreign IP Prosecution and ensure all deadlines are met
Stay up to date with USPTO, PCT, and Foreign IP rules and procedures
Other tasks as assigned by attorneys, specialists, and paralegals
Requirements
5+ years of IP Docketing experience preferred
Associates degree preferred
Knowledge of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution procedures
