Lucas Group has been engaged by a well-performing Private Equity firm in the Houston area to identify a Investor Relations professional. This is a newly established role within their small IR Team and will be responsible for a blend of quantitative analysis and relationship management. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-positioned firm where you will be exposed to all aspects of IR and work closely with Senior Management and the Deal Team.
Some Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the preparation of existing and prospective investor requests
- Creation of marketing materials, including fund presentations, PPMs, and DDQs
- Prepare Investor communications, including quarterly and annual reports
- Interact with Investors (in-person, phone and email)
- Develop and maintain a central database of investor request responses to assist in the standardization of investor reporting and the drafting of investor updates
- Strategize and prepare materials for investor meetings and marketing events
- Maintain and update investor portal and CRM content and access
- Support additional capital raising initiatives including leverage facilities and additional investment strategies
Experience and Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with excellent academic background
- 2-5+ years of related experience, ideally within Investment Banking, Investment Management, PE Firm
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Flexible, team-oriented personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
