Interim VP of Digital - Corporate Applications
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced technology leader to drive the transformation of our client's internal digital platforms. This role will oversee the entire portfolio of workforce applications with a mandate to consolidate and optimize a fragmented landscape of more than 300 applications.
The organization is investing heavily in upgrading its operational capabilities and is looking to rationalize its application ecosystem to support rapid growth and innovation. This leader will play a critical role in enabling scale through digital modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Ownership of all internal digital platforms supporting workforce productivity and operations.
- Application Rationalization: Lead the consolidation of over 300 disparate applications into a unified, efficient stack.
- Platform Leadership: Oversee and optimize core platforms including:
- Workday
- ServiceNow
- Salesforce
- Oracle ERP
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 50–60 engineers and additional analysts, fostering a product-centric culture.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business units to align technology investments with strategic goals.
- Innovation & Growth Enablement: Support aggressive growth targets through scalable digital solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Product Engineering/Management Background: Proven experience leading product-centric technology teams.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success managing engineering teams of 50+ in a high-growth environment.
- Change Agent: Ability to drive transformation in complex, decentralized environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth, global technology or infrastructure companies.
- Familiarity with application portfolio management and enterprise architecture.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
