Interim Vice President, Finance
Are you a strategic finance leader who thrives at the intersection of treasury, balance sheet management, and risk? We are seeking a Vice President, Finance to lead critical finance and investment operations, driving liquidity, interest rate risk management, budgeting, hedging, and financial strategy for a growing financial institution.
What You'll Do
- Lead treasury, finance, and investment operations with responsibility for balance sheet management, liquidity, and interest rate risk.
- Oversee asset-liability management (ALM), interest rate risk modeling, hedging strategies, and liquidity forecasting.
- Drive budgeting, Net Interest Income (NII) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) forecasting, profitability modeling, and concentration risk management.
- Lead CECL methodology, calculations, and reporting while supporting enterprise risk management initiatives.
- Present financial strategies, risk assessments, and recommendations to executive leadership and board-level committees.
- Develop finance policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide leadership to a high-performing finance team.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within banking, credit unions, or financial services.
- Deep expertise in Asset Liability Management (ALM), Treasury, liquidity management, budgeting, and hedging.
- Strong understanding of CECL, balance sheet risk management, and financial forecasting.
- MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- Analytical, intellectually curious leader with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into executive-level insights.
Bonus: Prior credit union experience is a plus.
