We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Contracts Specialist to join a lean but high-impact Procurement team. This role is critical in managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle and supporting procurement operations across key categories including Software, Professional Services, and Marketing/Events.
You’ll be the go-to person for initiating and managing procurement contract workflows, ensuring timely approvals, and maintaining visibility across stakeholders and suppliers. Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage Procurement Contract Workflows from intake to execution
- Oversee the end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process using Ivalua (or similar platforms)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and support procurement demand
- Follow up with approvers and suppliers to ensure timely contract approvals
- Coordinate contract execution through DocuSign
- Send out weekly summaries of contracts in DocuSign to relevant stakeholders
- Support contract negotiations with suppliers across key procurement categories
Must-Have Qualifications
- Immediate availability to interview and start
- Hands-on experience managing contracts in a CLM platform (Ivalua preferred, but others like Ariba, Coupa, etc. acceptable)
- Proven experience in contract negotiations with suppliers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present effectively to executive stakeholders
