Our client, a private equity backed 6K Sqr. Ft. 3rd Party Manufacturer, is currently seeking a Plant Controller in the Monroe/ Cathcart area. This is a temporary assignment, that has the potential to convert to a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
Act as the site’s financial leader and partner with the Plant Manager/divisional CEO on strategic planning and operational metrics
Annual budget process owner for the plant
Prepare monthly financial statements with supporting reconciliations/analysis as well as a monthly reporting package trending key metrics
Support internal customers by creating and implementing analysis on KPI and financial and operational trends
Ownership of overall costing system, pricing processes and bill of material maintenance processes, including process improvement and automation opportunities.
Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance Required
7+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
Previous experience in a lean manufacturing environment is high preferred
