Interim Payroll Manager

We have partnered with our client in their search for an Interim Payroll Manager. The ideal candidate will be someone with extensive payroll experience who is comfortable overseeing payroll operations, partnering with the executive team and mentoring junior team members. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations
• Assess, evaluate, and recommend improvements to the payroll function
• Lead junior team members
• Partner with senior leadership across multiple locations and at corporate level

Skills Required

• 10+ years of payroll expertise, including multi-entity and multi-location scope
• Experience with decentralized payroll and multi-pay cycles
• Experience with UKG, ADP and advanced Excel
• Experience working with large teams across $1B+ company footprint

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
