Interim Leader

Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a distribution center operation. This consultant will be responsible for end-to-end business performance, including operational execution, financial management, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain processes, ensure operational continuity, and deliver consistent performance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

This is a W2 hourly interim opportunity through Korn Ferry requiring hybrid at the client in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day distribution operations
• Ensure uninterrupted operations across distribution, customer service, and sales support
• Serve as a key bridge between the U.S.-based team and international leadership, providing reassurance, updates, and alignment

Skills Required

• Senior operations, site, or GM-level experience within building products/materials, or construction-related distribution
• Experience leading lean teams and working in a hands-on environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with global stakeholders
