Korn Ferry Interim is looking for senior to C-level HRIS professionals in the Greater Milwaukee area who are available on an interim basis (onsite, hybrid, and remote). From interim projects that look at processes with a critical eye, to initiative-based projects helping our clients go through HR system implementations, change management, and everything in between.
Responsibilities
HRIS consultants will lead the ongoing business and technical requirements of the Human Resources department by evaluating and recommending human resources information system solutions and functionality, developing alternatives, performing testing, and overseeing the implementation of new system functions.
Candidates must be able to act as a subject matter expert in Human Resources Information Systems including:
The ability to partner with other departments to identify and recommend process improvements and lead the implementation process for HR is critical.
