We have partnered with our client in Baytown in their search for a HR Consultant on an interim basis. This position will work on a hybrid basis in office.
Responsibilities
Assessing existing HR processes and policies, identifying gaps, creating a transition plan to set up the HR department for the entity. This will include but not be limited to:
Employee benefits
HR compliance, policy and reporting, including an employee handbook
Payroll
Recruiting processes, including job descriptions
Compensation plans, including bonus and recognition programs
Onboarding and overall hiring process
Skills Required
Knowledgeable about all areas of HR within an organization (Benefits, HR Compliance/policy/reporting, Payroll, Recruiting process, Compensation, Onboarding and Hiring process)
Ability to review current policies/procedures and identify gaps, and establish new policies/procedures as needed
Education & Work Experience
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of progressive Human Resources related experience to a Manager/Director level
