Responsibilities
- Define and refine the go to market strategy for the North America region.
- Design the sales organization structure, including reporting lines and role definitions.
- Build documented operating models, sales processes, and execution frameworks.
- Assess and improve presales processes, client funnel management, and sales cadence.
- Translate leadership concepts into structured, actionable plans and detailed artifacts.
- Provide strategic insight and operational guidance to align NA sales with global standards.
- Stress test organizational assumptions to ensure alignment with revenue and company goals.
Skills Required
- Strong consulting background with a focus on operating model design and GTM strategy.
- Experience in sales transformation, org design, and process development.
- Ability to clearly articulate, document, and operationalize complex strategic ideas.
- Natural ability to ask probing questions and challenge assumptions to drive clarity.
- Skilled in building frameworks, structure, and repeatable operating cadences.
- Comfortable working directly with executive leadership in a highly collaborative role.
