  • Support product and growth marketing initiatives that drive pipeline generation and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong marketing strategy background with demonstrated success improving funnel performance and business outcomes.
  • Experience owning or implementing marketing processes, systems, and operational improvements.
  • Deep understanding of CRM platforms, lead management, marketing operations, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to step into a leadership capacity and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in highly structured, process-driven organizations known for operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with root-cause analysis methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience serving as a strategic advisor to marketing leadership during periods of growth or transformation.
  • High-potential marketing leaders ready to step into a broader strategic role are also encouraged to apply.

Ideal Consultant Profile

  • Strategic thinker who can assess the current state and quickly identify opportunities for improvement.
