Interim Director / Senior Director of FP&A
A high?growth SaaS organization is seeking a strategic FP&A leader to advance its planning, forecasting, and analytical capabilities as it scales globally.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate FP&A Leadership

  • Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long?range financial strategy.
  • Build and maintain financial models, including ARR forecasting, cash flow projections, and scenario analysis.
  • Deliver executive- and Board-level reporting with strategic insights.
  • Provide guidance on resource allocation, investment decisions, and performance optimization.
  • Drive process improvements and build scalable FP&A infrastructure.

GTM Partnership (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)

  • Serve as the primary FP&A partner for GTM teams, supporting bookings forecasts, pipeline analytics, capacity modeling, and productivity analysis.
  • Support pricing strategy, discount analysis, and revenue optimization efforts.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps on pipeline hygiene, funnel conversion metrics, and performance dashboards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align investments with strategic priorities.
  • Partner with HR on headcount planning and workforce analytics.
  • Collaborate with Accounting on close processes, accruals, and variance analysis.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, new product developments, and geographic expansion.

Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance.
  • Strong experience in SaaS financial modeling and subscription?based metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and partner with GTM teams.
  • Expert Excel/Sheets skills; familiarity with FP&A platforms (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Mosaic, Pigment) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and data storytelling capabilities.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast?paced, high?growth environment, leadership experience preferred.
