We have partnered with our client in their search for a Fractional Director of Cyber Security.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global cybersecurity strategy aligned with organizational goals; oversee security operations and incident response.
Risk & Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with international regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Team & Resource Oversight: Lead a global cybersecurity team, manage budgets, and collaborate across departments to strengthen security posture.
Skills Required
Certifications & Expertise: CISSP, CISM, or CISA; deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and incident response.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced, global environment.
Global Experience: Proven experience in international cybersecurity operations and regulatory compliance.
Education & Work Experience:
Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
