Lucas Group has a client in the Real Estate Investment industry looking for a PART TIME Accounts Payable Accountant to work on a 6 month contract assignment!
Job Description:
• Full Cycle AP activities
• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports and other Ad Hoc projects
• Report analysis and findings to management team
• Responsible for cutting checks for employees as needed
• Review and process corporate payables and receivables
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of reimbursements (G&A, Chargeback’s, and Petty Cash)
Requirements:
• Ability to successfully complete a 6 month contract assignment
• Ability to work part time (20-25) hours per week
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures
**This is a PART TIME assignment lasting approximately 6 MONTHS in length!
