Interim Client Service Associate - Operations Support

We have partnered with our client in their search for an Interim Client Service Associate - Operations Support hybrid in NYC 3-5 days onsite.

A newly launching wealth management firm is staffing a small, high-impact project team to support its operational launch and a critical book transition kicking off June 2026. This is a chance to come in at day one, work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder and senior operations leadership, and play a visible role in standing up the firm's client service function.

The Opportunity

• Project-based engagement with premium compensation reflecting the time-sensitive nature of the launch
• Strong potential to convert to a permanent seat for the right person - the founder has a track record of meaningful upward mobility for high performers
• Direct exposure to the firm's principals, senior CSAs, and external custodial transition teams from day one
• An opportunity to make an outsized contribution during the most important six weeks of the firm's history

What You'll Do

• Drive account opening workflows and custodial documentation during a high-volume client transition
• Manage data entry and onboarding execution within the custodial platform with precision and pace
• Partner closely with senior CSAs and operations leadership to triage issues, resolve NIGOs, and keep accounts moving toward funded status
• Serve as a key execution layer alongside the founder's calls with clients and the firm's permanent operations hires
