Hybrid - North Carolina

The Role

A global industrial technology company with approximately $3B in revenue is seeking an Interim CFO to provide senior financial leadership during a period of transition.

The business operates across multiple technology-driven industrial segments, and its focus remains on margin expansion, operational excellence, and disciplined capital allocation.

This is a full-time interim engagement requiring a minimum of three days onsite per week in North Carolina.

What You Bring

• Sitting or former CFO experience at an organization of comparable size and complexity - transaction-heavy environments specifically
• Industrial, Manfacutring/Technology sector experience
• Ability to be onsite a minimum of three days per week in North Carolina
• Credibility with executive leadership and the board from day one - this role requires someone who can step in and build trust quickly
