Drive Client Success: Identify opportunities to drive revenue and impact, contributing to business growth and fostering long-term client relationships.
Experimentation Leadership:
Develop and lead end-to-end website experimentation programs across various business verticals (e.g., ecommerce, lead generation).
Create and prioritize data-driven hypotheses, ensuring a high-impact testing roadmap.
Perform sample size calculations and estimate test duration and program velocity based on analytics data.
Oversee the execution of A/B tests, guiding Project Managers on targeting, hypotheses, and requirements.
Strategic Collaboration:
Own the website experimentation vertical for clients, working closely with the Director, Strategy, and channel managers on integrated strategy execution.
Present hypotheses, testing strategies, and program roadmaps to clients for alignment and approval.
Communication and Reporting:
Lead client calls, effectively communicating agenda items and addressing needs concisely.
Deliver compelling presentations, with Managing Director support, to showcase experimentation impact (e.g., ROI), user insights, and strategic recommendations.
Drive excitement and alignment in client partnerships by highlighting program progress and successes.
Expertise in A/B testing tools and application of experimentation methodologies.
Deep understanding of experimentation philosophies and their impact on business outcomes.
Proficient in managing low-to-medium velocity clients as part of a larger portfolio or high-velocity clients in smaller portfolios.
Skilled in creating high-impact, data-driven hypotheses and aligning them with client business objectives.
Agency background with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experience is a must have.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Holistic understanding of full-stack growth marketing, including performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRO, and marketing analytics, is a plus.
