Insurance Coordinator– Long Island- Direct Hire!

Job Description:

  • Reports into Legal and Risk Management team
  • Review and interpret property and casualty insurance policies
  • Review subcontractor insurance documents and policies to confirm and resolve insurance compliance issues before the sub-contractor is awarded the job
  • Discuss insurance coverage with subcontractors' broker

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance is required
  • Must have a Property & Casualty Insurance Broker License
  • Available to work late as needed
  • Available to travel into NYC on occasion for meetings (not very often)
  • Must be able to work fast and jump from one problem to another.
