Job Description:
- Reports into Legal and Risk Management team
- Review and interpret property and casualty insurance policies
- Review subcontractor insurance documents and policies to confirm and resolve insurance compliance issues before the sub-contractor is awarded the job
- Discuss insurance coverage with subcontractors' broker
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance is required
- Must have a Property & Casualty Insurance Broker License
- Available to work late as needed
- Available to travel into NYC on occasion for meetings (not very often)
- Must be able to work fast and jump from one problem to another.
