Infrastructure Engineer - Amazon Connect

We have partnered with our client in their search for an Amazon Connect Infrastructure Engineer in Westerville, OH

Responsibilities

• *Proven expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, and Python (particularly in relation to AWS Services)
  Demonstrate ability to efficiently resolve complex issues and provide consultative explanations and advice to clients
  Familiarity with file formats, including JSON and others
  Strong verbal and written communication skills
  Willingness to work according to the US time schedule
  Experience in following ITIL processes and using Service Desk Ticket management applications

Skills Required

• Must Amazon connect -
  *Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including development, deployment, and support of:
  -CCP
  -Contact Flows
  -Lambda and other scripting
  -S3 Storage Solutions
  -DynamoDB
  -CloudWatch
  -Queues and Routing Profiles
  -Agent and Agent Hierarchy Administration
  cloud architect AWS
  automation
  scripting- Python
  NICE TO HAVES:
  doing AWS Cloud infrastructure migration
  telephony
  IVR for workforce
  AWS certifications
  

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years work experience
