We have partnered with our client in their search for an Infrastructure Application Support Engineer for a contract to hire opportunity in Jersey City, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to architecture standards, risk management, security guidelines and data management policies.
- Be responsible for the overall implementation, integration components and configuration of 3rd party solutions.
- Take ownership and accountability for the deliverables in all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Be responsible for planning and delivery of the large-scale, distributed application and hardware upgrades.
- Work closely with Product Owners to understand LOB technology drivers, requirements, issues and product backlog.
- Develop and implement custom reports based on LOB requirements
- Partner with internal and external teams on the performance and end-to-end integration testing efforts. Identify bottlenecks, opportunities for optimization, and capacity demands.
- Provide application expertise and troubleshooting support for complex issues escalated by the users and production support.
- Design automated software and product upgrades, change management, and release management solutions
