Lucas Group has partnered with a client located in West Houston to hire a Desktop Support and Infrastructure Specialist.
This individual will be part of an Infrastructure Team providing hardware and software support to 60 onsite users, along with supporting three data centers.
The Desktop Support and Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for continuous monitoring of the support queue and performing troubleshooting on various user issues.
Previous experience with Office 365 and Active Directory is needed. Cisco knowledge and/or certifications are a tremendous plus!
