The have a specialized and unique approach to worldwide sourcing and product distribution.
Our client is looking for a full time, motivated and experienced inside sales associate to grow the day to day sales operations of the company. The right candidate will find ample opportunities to grow with our company.
Qualifications:
One year of customer service experience managing clients and any issues with orders, etc. At least a year of either inside or outside sales experience and familiarity with a CRM/data entry.
Responsibilities:
· Generating new sales leads and making outbound calls to potential and/or existing clients
· Order and Data entry
· Building relationships with qualified decision makers at prospect companies
· Managing client inquiries and any customer service and sales related issues, or, concerns
· Intake of orders
· Processing and tracking customer claims
· Assist with various ad-hoc tasks on a day to day basis
· Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
