Counsel: IP and Tech Transactions
(4- 6 months)
- Contract review and negotiation (licensing agreements, software services, time and material contracts, marketing partnerships, NDAs)
- Responding to regulatory questions (i.e., marketing, advertising, labeling) and IP issues
- Subpoena review
- Support management of general liability and worker’s compensation claims
- General support for General Counsel and Legal Assistant
We are looking for a strong generalist – about 3-6 years experience, who can operate independently.
