Immigration Paralegal (Morris County NJ) with 5+ years’ experience in employment-based business immigration
• Assist with, prepare and file employment-based applications (H, L, E, O, P, EB-1 and EB-2 + EB-3 PERM labor certifications) under attorney supervision
• Assist with the coordination and preparation of complex cases such as O-1 and EB-1 petitions, motions to reconsider
• Research and assist with the preparation of Responses to Requests for Evidence, Responses to Intent to Deny Notices, etc.
• Participate in case strategy meetings, client development activities, town hall meetings and seminars provided to clients
• Experience with INSZoom a plus
