Immigration generalist: will handle all aspects of family, business, litigation, deportation and other related matters
Handle high volume of immigration matters
Heavy client contact: will independently manage client matters from start to finish, including new client intake and initial case assessment / identification of issues.
Representative matters will include adjustment of status, citizenship, VAWA, asylum, and removal defense.
Requirements:
Experience with a high volume practice
Admitted to the New York State Bar (Bar admission in any other state is a plus)
2+ years of Immigration law experience, including business, family, removal defense, and litigation cases in Immigration court
