Senior IAM Engineer
We're looking for a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to help design and scale secure, user?centric identity services across a large enterprise environment. In this role, you'll architect modern IAM solutions, improve authentication and authorization systems, and lead technical initiatives that strengthen our security posture.
What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable IAM systems and backend services
- Lead implementation of IAM standards, policies, and architecture
- Integrate IAM capabilities across enterprise applications
- Manage authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle workflows
- Implement and optimize identity governance (IGA) solutions
- Contribute to code reviews, architectural discussions, and the full SDLC
- Mentor team members and drive engineering best practices
What You Bring
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong background in IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)
- Experience in at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, Java, etc.)
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD proficiency
- Experience with large?scale distributed systems and service?oriented architecture
- Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, identity lifecycle management, and IGA principles
Nice to Have
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or similar
- Security or cloud certifications (CISSP, CISM, AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with compliance frameworks (PCI, SOC2, ISO 27001)
