IAM Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise identity solutions. This role will focus on modern identity platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant access across cloud and on-prem environments.

This is a 12-month B2B contract position, to work remotly. Candidates must be based in Poland.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) OR Okta

• Experience implementing:

• Single Sign-On (SSO)

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Conditional Access / adaptive authentication
• Solid understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
• Experience integrating IAM with enterprise applications and APIs
• Knowledge of RBAC, least privilege, and access governance principles
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP beneficial)
• Familiarity with PowerShell, Terraform, or scripting for automation
