Lucas Group has partnered with a leading global logistics company on their search for a Human Resources Manager located Scottsdale AZ. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual looking to advance in their career in a quickly growing global company! The HR Manager will serve as an HR expert and be responsible for providing day to day HR support in a heavily unionized environment. He or she will provide guidance and advice on a variety of HR functions including: employee / labor relations, recruiting, communications, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, safety, and employee documentation to a about 250 employees in 2 union facilities. The ideal candidate will come out of logistics or transportation industry and have strong labor relations experience as it is a union environment.
