Role Overview: The Human Resources Manager will be based in the company's O'Hare area fulfillment and distribution center (100+ employees) and will be a business partner for the whole organization with a focus on maturing of the HR function. This is a fast-growing food company and the Human Resources Manager is a new position.
This person must be comfortable with all aspects of HR and serve as the go-to resource for the team. S/he will be responsible for all human resources operational functions, including, process development, policy implementation, benefits oversight, risk, and compliance. S/he will develop an employee handbook and provide direction for compensation, benefits/payroll, job banding, and career pathing. S/he manages an HR Generalist.
