Lucas Group has partnered with a private educational professional services provider in the Chicago area on their search for a Human Resources Manager. This is a newly created role reporting to the VP of HR. Our client is seeking an HR Generalist who has 8-10 years of Human Resources experience and proven track-record of being a self-starter. The role will handle employee relations, conflict resolution, benefit administration, payroll and other duties as necessary.
