Title:  Human Resources Manager

Location:  Dallas, TX

Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading distributor in Dallas, Texas. This position plays the central leadership role over all HR processes, strategies, and programs for 240+ employees.

This right candidate will have the opportunity to be the top HR person in a free standing entity.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
• At least eight years of progressively responsible Human Resources supervisory experience, preferably in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification is preferred
