Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a Fortune 500 company in their search for a Human Resources Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment! The HR Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day guidance all HR matters in a busy setting, with a heavy focus on employee relations. This strategic thinking HR leader will be working closely for top management, while having much autonomy at one of the organization’s most important locations. Being an effective communicator and relationship builder are at the core of this position, as HR continues to drive performance and promote the company’s brand. Experience supporting a large hourly workforce population is a must.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business management or in a related field of study preferred

Experience Requirements:

• 5-8 years of HR Manager experience supporting a business unit (or equivalent years of experience) is required
• Previous experience performing in a multi-site environment, management/supervisory experience, and exposure to Labor Relations is required
• PHR/SPHR certification a plus

Responsibilities:

• Main POC for all Employee Relations matters for a large hourly and workforce population
• Talent Management, Performance Management & Coaching/Mentorship
• Talent Acquisition efforts for site, as needed
• Other HR functions including: training/development, compensation, benefits and organizational development.
• Ability to work on Global Strategic Projects
