Human Resources Manager (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a growing financial services institution in the Atlanta area in their search for a Human Resources Manager. Our client is in high-growth mode, and is looking for a creative candidate who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity to build and add structure to existing processes with a high-performing, fun team. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working and well-rounded HR generalist with strengths in employee relations and investigations who manages direct reports.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and guide managers on employee relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with EEO and labor laws.
• Other HR support functions as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution.
• 5-10 years of Human Resources experience with at least one year of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of and experience in employee relations and investigations, employment law, and compliance.
• Demonstrated accomplishments within a fast-paced, high volume and high-growth environment.
• Professional polish, presence, and strong communication skills.
• HR certifications a plus.
