Exclusively partnered with a client who is looking to bring on a HR Generalist to work with a top seat HR leader. This opportunity allows a solid generalist to come in, shadow a leader and over time take on more HR responsibility. This client is a family owned company with multiple locations. You will get an opportunity to work with site leaders and focus on recruiting, employee relations, investigations, on boarding and working with senior leadership on all HR areas. 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, solid recruiting, desire to work in a more "plant" based environment with heavy sales and experience working with privately held companies will be helpful Bilingual capabilities are desired by not mandatory. A degree is preferred.
Annual salary range for this role is $75,000-85,000. Benefits include heath, dental, vision and retirement.
