Human Resources Generalist (Closed)

Role Overview:

The HR Generalist will assist the Director of HR in all HR areas. Specific focus will be on recruiting and posting roles, support managers with employee relations issues and being able to have some understanding of union issues and support. Must want to have a generalist role and work in tandem with the onsite HR leader in this engineering based firm.

• Recruiting and Candidate Screening
• Employee relations follow-up
• Onboarding
• Labor Relations
• Compensation/Benefits exposure
• Compliance understanding
• Employee record integrity
• Reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years experience
• Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated equivalent
• Support of employees covered by union collective bargaining agreements
