Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading manufacturing company on their search for an HR Generalist located near Lancaster, PA. This individual will serve as a true Generalist and partner with a Production Manager in a multi-plant facility to provide support and guidance to the plant employees. This individual will also collaborate closely with key leadership to create and implement HR strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with other Generalists and Production Managers to support a multiple plant facility with 2000 employees
• Lead and promote HR initiatives and programs that align with corporate goals and values
• General employee relations
• Knowledge of benefits and payroll
• Good communication skills are an essential requirement
• Additional projects, as necessary

Requirements:

• 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of web-based HR systems
