Title:  Human Resources Generalist

Location:  Covina, CA

Lucas Group has partnered with a tax services provider in their search for an experienced Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist must be able to develop successful business partnerships. They must be able to work well with employees and be able to conduct thorough and polished investigations, think proactively and respond appropriately; proactively solving or avoiding problems by leveraging their HR knowledge. They must be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently and demonstrate a sense of urgency and results orientation
Position Requirements include:

• 5+ years of recent HR generalist experience, with strong hands-on capabilities in Employee Relations, Investigations, LOA, Worker's Compensation and general communication
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or related field
• Effective communication, written and grammar skills, emphasizing attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of California wage and hour laws
